All flavors are churned with organic milk and are inspired by travel and the owner’s experience working in top restaurants. Now living in Jersey City, he cooks up authentic Israeli street food that he enjoyed from his childhood. Founded by Fumiji Aoki (Ms. Fu), Ms. Fu’s Yummy Food Truck combines Japanese, Korean, Thai, Chinese and American Food into delicious and daring creations. The menu is quite extensive for a food truck, ranging from a healthier lettuce chicken wrap to a sukiyaki rib-eye cheese steak sandwich!

Luigi’s Ice Cream –

Yes, you know it, another ice cream truck! But who doesn’t enjoy cold ice cream during a hot day, especially during a work day? Luigi’s is famous for their “creamy buns” – a hot glazed donut filled with delicious hand-made ice cream. You can even get it rolled in fruity pebbles!
